How To Choose Best UV Protection Umbrella?
UV parasol umbrellas are very popular in some sunblock markets. How to choose best UV protection parasol umbrella, it is mainly to see the canopy fabric. Research shows several points as below:
a. The thick umbrella canopy fabric is much better than the thin fabric in UV protection performance. Generally polyester fabric UV protection performance is better than cotton, silk, nylon fabric, etc. In addition, the dark color fabric UV protection performance is better than light color fabric.

The UPF value is the ratio of the UV radiation to the average radiation dose of unprotected skin, the larger UPF value, the better UV protection performance. The national standards have stipulated that only when the UPF>30 and the UVA transmittance of less than 5%, which could be called UV protection products, protection class identified as UPF 30+, and when UPF >50, then the products UV protection performance is excellent, the protection level identified as UPF 50+.
